Creative Arts Therapy
Creative Arts Therapy
We offer creative arts therapy for children and dance movement psychotherapy (DMP), young people, and adults, delivered in schools, communities, and through one to one or small group sessions.
For children and young people

For children and young people, our sessions provide a safe and supportive space to explore emotions, build regulation, and develop confidence, particularly for those with SEMH needs, SEN, or who may be experiencing challenges with behaviour, anxiety, or relationships.
Led by licensed psychotherapists and grounded in a relational, psychodynamic approach, sessions use creativity such as movement, play, music, and art to help young people express themselves and make sense of their experiences. This process supports a greater sense of safety, emotional regulation, and engagement with the world around them.
What parents say

What teachers say
“She is definitely more engaged than before starting therapy. She’s putting her hand up more and completing her work on time more often.”
What children say
“You are my helper and my advisor, and I am honoured to be here with you.”

For adults
For adults, we offer both group and one to one therapy.
Our evidence based movement approach recognises that the body holds experiences that are not always easy to put into words. Through guided movement, participants are supported to process emotions, reduce stress, and build connection in a safe and confidential environment.
Sessions can support a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, relationship difficulties, and navigating neurodivergence.

What clients say
“I was very encouraged by the transformative effect that music and dancing had on the mood in the room and the connection between others.”
“The session filled me with joy, it released the tension in my body and made me feel light and free.”
“I felt myself spiralling down this evening, this session turned me around.”
Whether in schools or the community, our work creates space for expression, reflection, and healing, supporting people to feel more connected, regulated, and empowered in their everyday lives.
